A return or exchange may be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Conditions

The item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Accepted cases

• The wrong product was received.
• The product was damaged on delivery.
• There is a visible manufacturing defect.
